NAPE Expo LP is a non-profit limited partnership founded in 1993, responsible for organizing the North American Prospect Expo (NAPE), the largest upstream oil and gas networking and dealmaking conference in the world. Partnered with key industry associations (AAPL as managing partner, IPAA, SEG, AAPG), NAPE facilitates prospect trading, property deals, and services across energy sectors. Since 2021-2023, the event has broadened to include dedicated pavilions/hubs for renewables, Bitcoin mining (introduced 2023 via partnership with Texas Blockchain Council), critical minerals, data centers, offshore, and non-operating interests, making it a key venue for power-intensive digital infrastructure and energy transition deals. Net proceeds support partner organizations' education and advocacy. As of December 22, 2025, NAPE is actively planning the 2026 Summit (February 18-20, Houston) with expanded hubs including Data Centers and Critical Minerals.
